Domestic Shipping

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. All products are shipped using the United States Postal Service. Signature confirmation is required on all deliveries over $50.

Priority mail in most cases delivers within 1-4 days of shipping. We will not ship to an unverified address and require a working telephone number on all orders.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Domestic Priority Mail shipping is free for all purchases over $150.00 within the US and to APO and AE addresses.

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered through the United States Postal Service. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment destination. Generally orders take 5-7 days to arrive to you. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax.

If any of your billing information including billing telephone number do not match the information provided by your credit/debit card provider your order will be canceled and we will contact you via email for accurate information.

If you are ordering any custom made items including Custom Painted Sneakers, Leather Coats, Sheepskins or Shearlings your order will take 2-3 weeks to ship.

International customers please allow 3-4 weeks for your orders to arrive. You are responsible for the duty and shipping charges that your country charge when your item is delivered.

Returns & Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with any of the items you ordered, for any reason, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt, for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.please allow 7-10 days for those to post to your account and 3-5 days to post to a Paypal account.

Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.

ALL custom items are final sale however, we will make sizing adjustments to coats.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

So basically, if you don't like it we will take it back, AS LONG AS, you do not wear it. If we send you exactly what you ordered you will have to pay to return it. If you want to exchange it in most cases we will pay to return the exchange to you.

Refunds aren't immediate they take time to process it probably will not take a full month however, it also won't be 24 hours.
